- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for several minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion softens and the garlic is fragrant.

- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to warm through and soak up the sauce.

Notes
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium-low heat, adding a splash of chicken broth or water if the sauce becomes too thick. The chicken and sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
